Isn't it sad that getting paid is all I can think about?

No, what's sad is NOT getting paid! 
As for vacations, they still haven't passed around the calendars yet at my workplace. I'm entitled to 3 @#*%ing weeks--I plan to take them one week at a time--but I still don't know WHEN I can get them!!! 
I guess I'd better go get some sleep.

I think being excited about paychecks is just a sign that you have officially joined the class of "working stiffs". Maybe thats just my opinion ;P
