Rain Rain Go Away

It seems to me like it's been raining here in Cleveland nonstop for days... WEEKS even. Every morning I wake up, get ready for work, and walk outside only to have to walk through Montana-sized puddles on the pavement. At work, the puddles seem like mini lakes; they're huge. And I'm sick of getting my shoes soaked before each workday. Whenever they get wet they squeak like crazy... you can hear me coming up the stairwell while I'm several floors below. People are like, "Hey, what's that noise? Is there a duck in the building? Oh nevermind, it's just Drina squeaking her way up here." Show me the sunshine!

Hey squeaky, why not wear a pair of boots to work and then change into your shoes when you get there.

hehehe. funny. it's actually sunny here in danmark right now... but my parents were complaining cuz they haven't seen the sun at all while they have been here visiting. i told them that danmark is usually gray... but i guess they didn't believe me.

I like the rain when I'm inside, and the sun when I'm outside. Today is sunny, but I'm inside. Hmm.
